I can't register

  1. If your name contains "ä, ö, ü", please replace these with "ae, oe, ue".
  2.  Place a checkmark on the lower right.

the connection to the server has been disabled

The reason could be your firewall.

If you use the windows-firewall, you may try the following steps:

  1. Leftclick START - SYSTEM... - WINDOWSFIREWALL
  2. click exceptions
  3. add the ebookreader
  4. put a checkmark in front of it
  5. finish (possibly you have to restart the computer)

Other firewalls have the same possibilities - you have to check.

 


Checklist to locate a problem and get help 

First, read the whole checklist. Then work it, starting at number 1. You may get this checklist from mailto:support@fersenschmerz.biz and directly write your results in it. Be sure to write "help" in the subject-field. If you can't make it working, simply send this checklist to cg21@gmx.de

 

  1. You use Windows and have the Internet-Explorer installed?
  2. You have successfully downloaded and installed the reader?
  3. When you open the reader, you get a grey field with an "(e" in it, and the blue field at the top reads "No dokument..."?
  4. You have downloaded the eBook and know where it is on your computer?
  5. Doubleclick the eBook. You can view the index-page?
  6. Now you need to be connected to the internet: Click on a chapter. The registration form should appear. Does it?
  7. Enter the Username and Password. Has your registration been accepted?
  8. You get an error "connection to the server has been interupted... " or so. Find help here.
  9. Only the e-mail address should be correct, the other stuff is nice. Could you enter the required data? Tips
  10. No way - it simply does not work. Please mail me at cg21@gmx.de and give all the details you think might help.

I would like to print my eBook

Printing is not possible. The reasons?

  1. This prevents stealing the content.
  2. The ebook can easily be updated.

 


My eBook Viewer is the wrong version

During an update of the download-site, the company made a mistake somewhere. Here is the link to the required eBook Viewer 6.0:

Where do I find the Spam-folder?

If you use Outlook, have a look at the "deleted" folder. To access it, simply click on the mail... in the grey field. There may be a subfolder "spam" or not.
