please replace these with "ae, oe, ue".

The reason could be your firewall.
If you use the windows-firewall, you may try the following steps:
- Leftclick START - SYSTEM... - WINDOWSFIREWALL
- click exceptions
- add the ebookreader
- put a checkmark in front of it
- finish (possibly you have to restart the computer)
Other firewalls have the same possibilities - you have to check.
Checklist to locate a problem and get help
First, read the whole checklist. Then work it, starting at number 1. You
may get this checklist from mailto:support@fersenschmerz.biz and
directly write your results in it. Be sure to write "help" in the
subject-field. If you can't make it working, simply send
this checklist to cg21@gmx.de
- You use Windows and have the Internet-Explorer installed?
- You have successfully downloaded and installed the reader?
- When you open the reader, you get a grey field with an "(e"
in it, and the blue field at the top reads "No dokument..."?
- You have downloaded the eBook and know where it is on your computer?
- Doubleclick the eBook. You can view the index-page?
- Now you need to be connected to the internet: Click on a chapter. The
registration form should appear. Does it?
- Enter the Username and Password. Has your registration been accepted?
- You get an error "connection to the server has been interupted...
" or so. Find help here.
- Only the e-mail address should be correct, the other stuff is nice.

I would like to print my eBook
Printing is not possible. The reasons?
- This prevents stealing the content.
- The ebook can easily be updated.
During an update of the download-site, the company made a mistake somewhere.

If you use Outlook, have a look at the "deleted" folder. To access
it, simply click on the mail... in the grey field. There may be a subfolder
"spam" or not.
